If you are scheduling an Initial Consultation I will send an intake form to you, via secure email, or share it with you via secure file sharing. After you complete the form and return it to me, I will make personalized Aromatherapy protocol suggestions to support your concerns, for us to thoroughly review at your appointment. If we conduct our session online, we use a HIPAA-compliant video platform.

*Please note* I am flexible with appointments. Send me a message and we can arrange an alternate appointment time, other than during my “official” office hours.

If you sign up for Smell Training, you must answer the questions to describe your smell loss AND sign up for a brief instruction and Q&A appointment. Let me encourage you in the training process!
